In this role you will be part of the Country Presidents team facilitating a high-quality experience for customers and visitors to our Grundfos India Intelligent Experience Center.

What is the job about

We are looking for an intelligent passionate colleague to manage run and maintain our Intelligent Expereince Center in India. You will be responsible for curating and facilitating high quality visits and experiences for different customers groups across our four Divisions: Industry Commercial Building Services Domestic Building Services and Water Utility.

  • Responsible for managing customer visits and events to the Experience Center including giving a general introduction to the Grundfos culture history and milestones as well as company information products solutions and applications.
  • Responsible for budgeting planning managing and co-ordinating all visits that take place to the Experience Center
  • Responsible to act as a channel between the Divisions and Operations to ensure seamless execution of all customer visits that require a holistic experience of the Grundfos value chain
  • Responsible for the maintenance upkeep and upgrade of the Experience Center as required in close collaboration with Facility and Divisions and other relevant stakeholders

Your Background

  • An Engineering degree with at least 10 years of technical knowledge understanding of pumps applications and solutions before entering level besides formal education
  • Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large engineering organization is strongly preferred
  • Training and facilitation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
