Job Description

Job Title - Salesforce Competency Manager

Experience - 10 - 15 Years

Location - PAN India (Hybrid)

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:-

As a Salesforce Platform Competency Lead you will lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) and delivery teams to design build and maintain Salesforce solutions. You will oversee all development activities ensure best practices and act as the technical authority for the platform. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic goals combining technical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality successful implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10 yearsof experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce development teams including managing complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce development technologies like Apex Visualforce Lightning Components Flows Integrationand data manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture security and data governance best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration customization and integration with external systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado Gearset) and SFDX.
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML SSO OAuth)
  • Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications: PD1 PD2.
  • Sales and Service cloud certified.
  • Ability to work closely with key stakeholders including but not limited to clients leads Sales and pre-sales Delivery and Practice teams.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and managing distributed teams.
