Job Summary

Job Title: Deputy Manager - Legal

Experience: 2-5 years

Location: GIFT SEZ Gandhinagar

Roles & Responsibilities

Support Chief Legal Officer in managing legal and regulatory matters
Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and policies
Ensure compliance with securities corporate and financial services laws
Liaise with regulators law firms and internal stakeholders
Assist in litigation arbitration and dispute management
Monitor regulatory changes and advise on legal implications
Support internal legal policies documentation and legal training

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of corporate and securities laws
Contract drafting and negotiation skills
Understanding of IFSCA / SEBI and international regulations
Strong analytical communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment

Qualification

LLB from a recognised university
Experience in law firm or financial services sector preferred
Exposure to IFSC / GIFT City regulations is an advantage
