About the Opportunity

Join Baptcares Project Management Office team as a PMO Systems Development & Operations Coordinator where youll play a key role in enhancing our project delivery will be at the heart of one of Australias most significant sector mergers. Based in our NewCo location this full-time position offers the chance to work with meaningful projects that support our mission of caring for communities.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and maintain PMO systems tools and processes to support project teams
  • Coordinate operational activities across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Analyse project data and create reports to inform decision-making
  • Support project managers with system troubleshooting and training
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and updates
  • Maintain project documentation standards and ensure compliance

What Were Looking For

  • Experience with project management systems and database management
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities and collaborative approach
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
