Tech Lead

We are looking for a Tech Lead for our Order Management domain who combines strong technical expertise with inspiring leadership. Youll shape the technical roadmap ensure uptime and code quality and coach a talented development team. If youre passionate about scalable systems continuous improvement and guiding others to build high-performing e-commerce solutions this role is for you.

You will:

• Define and drive the technical roadmap (36 months horizon) for the Order Management domain ensuring scalability performance and uptime;
• Lead and coach the development team fostering a culture of quality ownership and innovation;
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Solution Architect Product Owner and other stakeholders to translate business needs into sound technical solutions;
• Stay hands-on with development in JavaScript and MySQL ensuring high code quality and technical consistency;
• Promote best practices in Agile and DevOps (Kanban Scrum) while continuously improving delivery and reliability.

We Ask:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer or tech lead including 23 years in e-commerce;
• Technical skills in JavaScript and MySQL;
• Willingness to travel approximately 3 times per year to international vidaXL-locations;
• Experience with Agile frameworks and modern DevOps practices;
• Confident communicator. Able to challenge leadership guide the team and coach developers toward excellence;
• Open innovative mindset with a focus on uptime quality and collaboration across global teams (Serbia India) with occasional visits to one of our international offices if required.
