Job Summary

We are seeking an organized detail-oriented and proactive Order Coordinator to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle ensuring accurate and timely processing and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive process and monitor customer orders from initiation to delivery.

Review orders for accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies.

Communicate with customers regarding order status shipment updates and any issues or discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal departments including sales logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Update and maintain order records in relevant systems and databases.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishments as needed.

Generate and distribute order-related reports to management and stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve order processes and contribute to department best practices.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.

Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience in order processing sales support customer service or a related field.

Proficient in order management software ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational communication and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a distributed team.

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
