Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in training and development with exposure to OD activities.
  • Proven expertise in designing and facilitating training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles competency frameworks and training evaluation models.
  • Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess learning outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify learning requirements and skill gaps across teams and departments.
  • Design develop and deliver training programs including technical behavioral and leadership sessions aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage the annual training calendar and ensure timely execution of learning programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments feedback and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source or deliver specialized training programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the organization.
  • Research and implement modern learning methodologies such as blended learning microlearning and e-learning platforms.
  • Support OD initiatives including performance management career development and employee engagement programs.
  • Contribute to leadership development succession planning and talent management processes.
  • Assist in driving change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design frameworks that enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
