- 2-4 years of professional experience in training and development with exposure to OD activities.
- Proven expertise in designing and facilitating training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles competency frameworks and training evaluation models.
- Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to assess learning outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify learning requirements and skill gaps across teams and departments.
- Design develop and deliver training programs including technical behavioral and leadership sessions aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage the annual training calendar and ensure timely execution of learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments feedback and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source or deliver specialized training programs.
- Maintain comprehensive training records reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the organization.
- Research and implement modern learning methodologies such as blended learning microlearning and e-learning platforms.
- Support OD initiatives including performance management career development and employee engagement programs.
- Contribute to leadership development succession planning and talent management processes.
- Assist in driving change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
