- Responsible for Commercial KPIs (Sales/ Margin/ SC etc.).
- Sourcing excellence/ supplier development for the category.
- Managing smooth supply chain for 100% shelf availability with pro-active approach considering seasonal factors or other dynamic market shifts.
- Conducting regular & frequent market surveys (wholesale market/ competitors) with immediate response to counter the competition.
- Collaborating with Sales Team for B2B customer development.
- In-store merchandizing in collaboration with Merchandizing Team & Store Operations.
- Managing end to end promotions in collaboration with Head Office colleagues (promo prices finalization stocks follow-up execution at shelf & post promo analysis).
- Ensuring compliance of tendering & negotiations SOPs (category specific).
- Keeping record of audit related materials e.g. tenders/ negotiations price confirmations copies of supplier/article listing documents etc.
- Initiating & devising new projects for beauty & personal care categories for significant growth in top line & bottom line.
- Ensuring 100% and timely recovery of NPS customers.
Qualifications :
University degree (Masters or Bachelors) in Business Administration.
