Educational Requirement:

Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject(s)

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer
Preferred: Retail background but can be a trainer for any customer service accounts
Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and training requirements through surveys interviews and performance analysis.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop training programs including materials presentations and online resources tailored to different departments and skill levels.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars using various methods like lectures interactive activities and simulations.
Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance metrics and make necessary adjustments.
