Stays up-to-date with software updates and industry trends including competitor analysis.
Solid experience in B2B sales preferably in software or technology solutions.
Understands the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Can provide practical real-world sales strategies and techniques to trainees.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Can convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong presentation skills for workshops webinars or team meetings
Skilled at creating engaging training materials and sessions.
Can coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance.
Provides constructive feedback and motivates team members.
