A day in the life of a Manager:
You start the day by reviewing the schedule and reservations to ensure youre prepared. Upon arriving at Bleyenberg you have a brief discussion with the General Manager about the evenings expectations. Its going to be a busy night but with a strong team youre ready. You create an action plan and hold quick briefings with the kitchen and service staff. Throughout the shift you ensure guests are well-served and as closing time approaches you guide the team through cleanup checking plans for tomorrows events before ending your day.

Key elements of the job
Manage your operational team on the floor.
Communicate effectively with bar managers kitchen crew and other departments.
Maintain a clear overview of all operations on the floor.
Train support and motivate your team to perform at their best.
Coordinate staff breaks dinner schedules and closing procedures.
Assist guests with any questions or concerns.
Ensure high-quality service food and beverages are consistently delivered.
Work hard while enjoying the process.
About you
At least one year of experience in restaurant management.
Available to work weekends holidays and evenings (minimum 3 days a week).
Calm under pressure and always aware of whats happening.
Motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
You bring energy and fun to the workplace.
Social and service-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of cocktails is a plus.
