This is a permanent full-time role with flexibility required to support production needs.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a key player in our Brewing Quality Team youll:
- Equipment Management: Take the lead in maintaining calibrating performance monitoring and troubleshooting key analytical equipment ensuring everything is fit for purpose. Build relationships with our service providers and suppliers.
- Analytical & Microbiological Testing: Perform sampling testing and reporting to maintain our rigorous quality standards.
- Sensory Analysis: Contribute to sensory profiling training and testing to uphold the distinct quality of our beers.
- Continuous Improvement: Support problem-solving initiatives from root cause analysis to implementing sustainable solutions.
- New Product Development: Assist in trials and approvals to bring innovative products to market.
- Capability Building: Coach and train production teams in sampling testing and equipment care to foster a culture of excellence.
What Youll Bring:
- Degree in biological sciences chemistry food technology microbiology or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with analytical equipment and calibration preferably in beverage/FMCG manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP advanced Excel and statistical tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with a drive for results and a passion for brewing quality products.
