Ira Toyota of Danversis part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail sales and service. We are in search of a qualified Rental Car Associate to our Customer Service team.

Responsibilities:
- ADP/ CDK Booking and timekeeping for servicedepartment
- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaison between the service and sales department
- Coordinate accommodations when requested by management by booking car rentals for customers
- Confirm reservations and distribute confirmations to the customer
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
- Learn to overcome objections
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers co-workers and vendors
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales service or accounting in the Automotive industry experience required
- ADP/ CDK experiencea plus
- Confidence in your ability to be successful
- A desire to work in a commission performance-based environment
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
The pay for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. based on experience.
