Job Summary:
The Program Manager is accountable for the delivery performance and governance of the Maintenance and Operations engagement. This role ensures contractual compliance SLA adherence risk management and effective coordination between stakeholders technical teams and subcontractors.
Location:Indianapolis Indiana United States
Responsibilities:
- Lead program governance activities including project planning schedule management and cost control.
- Oversee SLA compliance for system availability response time and document processing timelines.
- Facilitate status meetings and prepare executive-level reports.
- Manage escalation paths and ensure alignment with priorities.
- Oversee transition activities ensuring knowledge continuity and minimal operational disruption.

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT operations or M&O programs.
- Experience managing SLAs KPIs and government reporting.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management and risk governance.
- Stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
