Order to Cash Specialist Kickstart Your Finance Career!

Heres your chance to grow in finance operations and gain hands-on experience in global Order-to-Cash processes!
Join a dynamic environment where youll handle orders invoices collections and customer relations every day is a new learning opportunity!
What youll do
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately
- Generate invoices & credit notes following company policies
- Apply daily customer payments
- Monitor AR aging reports & follow up on overdue invoices
- Resolve or escalate customer queries
- Assist with reconciliations month/quarter-end closings & audits
- Keep customer master data updated in ERP
Who you are
- Fluent in French C1 level English.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance
- 1 year in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Ops
- Solid accounting knowledge & analytical mindset
- Excel skills (v-lookups pivot tables big plus!)
- ERP experience (SAP Oracle or NetSuite preferred)
- Detail-oriented organized & customer-focused
- Nice to have:
- 25 years of experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations
