HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters for the BYD Europe Netherlands entity and also Benelux region.
- Establish and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Netherlands labor laws and also under the guidance of BYD HQ policy.
- Coordinate with our HQ HR team (China/Hungary) to implement corporate HR practices in recruitment onboarding offboarding performance management and employee engagement etc.
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings candidate screening and onboarding.
- Manage employment contracts employee documentation and HR administration with SSC team support
- Manage coordinating payroll and benefits with external providers and SSC team
- Manage local employee relations workplace compliance and health & safety policies
- Contribute to culture building and employee experience in a growing cross-cultural environment
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in an HR role preferably in an international company.
- Good understanding of Dutch labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive hands-on and able to work independently in a start-up environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Dutch and Chinese is a plus.
- Experience working with Chinese companies or in a multicultural setting is a plus.
- With management leadership experience with 510 members of HR team is a plus.
