Job Summary

Job Title- Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Management

Drive overall dealership performance and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to boost market share and customer acquisition.

Monitor sales profitability customer satisfaction and inventory performance.

Collaborate with OEM partners on marketing campaigns and product launches.

Customer Experience

Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first contact to vehicle delivery.

Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure strong showroom presentation and full brand compliance.

Operations Management

Oversee daily store operations including inventory test drives and delivery processes.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulatory and brand guidelines.

Manage dealership budgets cost control and financial reporting.

Team Leadership

Lead mentor and motivate sales and service teams to reach performance goals.

Conduct coaching sessions training and performance reviews.

Build a collaborative positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Marketing & Community Engagement

Coordinate with marketing teams on local campaigns promotions and events.

Represent the dealership at EV exhibitions trade shows and community activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field (preferred).

  • 5 years of experience in automotive EV or retail management.

  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong understanding of EV technologies and sustainable mobility trends.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.

  • Experience in the Nordic market is a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in English required; Dutch highly preferred.
