Job Summary
You are responsible for realizing the objectives of the Customer Digital Interaction domain within your product cluster. Together with your cross-functional team you design build and continuously improve digital and AI-powered products that enable customers to start and complete their journeys through digital channels supported by human-assisted touchpoints when needed.
You balance discovery and delivery set clear priorities and actively drive execution. You own products that are central to KPNs digital transformation with direct impact on millions of customers and key business metrics. You regularly report progress results and learnings to senior stakeholders.
Hands-on responsibilities include:
- Own the product end-to-end: define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for digital and AI-powered CDI products contributing hands-on across the full lifecycle from ideation to production and optimization.
- Drive delivery and cadence: own backlog user stories acceptance criteria and sprint rituals; set clear priorities and goals demo outcomes and ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
- Build and run AI in production: integrate AI and data-driven capabilities (personalization automation predictive and agentic solutions) ship safely to production and monitor performance with a clear improvement and scale-up plan.
- Enable adoption and manage risk: align stakeholders manage UAT and go-lives steer architectural decisions and actively manage risks around AI guardrails security compliance and performance.
- Lead by coaching and ways of working: coach and mentor team members foster experimentation and continuous improvement and drive strong agile and DevOps practices across the team.
You will join a team of 7 product professionals within the CDI domain. The team works closely with engineers designers and data specialists in cross-functional setups. Collaboration ownership and learning by doing are central with a strong focus on hands-on product development and real measurable impact.
Qualifications :
You are a product manager who thrives on building and operating digital products in production. You are comfortable making decisions navigating complexity and taking ownership from strategy through delivery. Coaching others comes naturally but most of your time is spent on product content execution and outcomes.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 35 years of experience in digital product management preferably on high-traffic web or app platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML in production environments including familiarity with MLOps practices
- A track record of delivering AI-driven agentic or autonomous solutions that create measurable value
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how to apply them responsibly in digital products
- Experience with agile and DevOps product development roadmap ownership and backlog prioritization
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- A Masters degree or equivalent working and thinking level in a relevant field

As an employer we offer you an attractive package including:
- Gross monthly salary between 5742- and 8865- depending on your experience (based on 40 hours)
