Job Title: Product Owner / Solution Lead Oracle Cloud (HCM or ERP)
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Long-Term Contract

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner or Solution Lead to drive Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP initiatives ensuring seamless business and technology alignment across key enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM (Hire-to-Retire) or ERP (Record-to-Report) processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Manage production incidents platform enhancements and release cycles.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication across teams.
Partner with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Solution Lead for Oracle Cloud applications (HCM or ERP).
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
Strong business acumen with technical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Hands-on experience with incident management and release processes.
