Title: Head – Talent Acquisition
Location: Head Office Mumbai
Reports To: Chief Talent Acquisition
Team Size: 1–2 Members RPO
Purpose of the Role:
The Head – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for building a robust system that attracts recruits and retains top talent to meet the organization’s strategic and operational goals. This involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies fostering a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Leadership Hiring
Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities across the organization.
Partner with business leaders to understand ongoing and future hiring needs.
Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for leadership and senior-level roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior positions.
Process Excellence & Candidate Experience
Design and implement consistent recruiting interviewing and hiring practices that deliver a strong candidate experience.
Define and monitor key hiring metrics — including time-to-fill cost-per-hire diversity hiring and satisfaction scores for both hiring managers and candidates.
Lead projects focused on process improvement and efficiency.
External Partnerships & Employer Branding
Identify and collaborate with external recruitment partners and vendors to meet hiring needs.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging recruitment technologies and best practices to continuously innovate recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a successful track record in leadership hiring.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strategic mindset — ability to align TA strategies with overall business objectives.
Expertise in sourcing top-tier talent and developing a strong talent pipeline.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on recruitment metrics and analytics.
High energy positive and proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude.
Comfortable working in a collaborative fast-paced and multi-stakeholder environment.
Experience in multi-division multi-product manufacturing organizations is an added advantage.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
