Location: Jakarta (with some travel required)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute sales strategy across café banquet and MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences & Events) segments.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients event organizers and large family groups.
- Develop and manage B2B sales channels — corporate catering private events and partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase outlet and group sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to create packages and campaigns for events and special occasions.
- Set and monitor sales targets ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Provide leadership training and motivation to the sales team to deliver high performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in banquet or MICE sales (hospitality hotel or F&B industry).
- Proven track record in B2B and group event sales.
- Strong negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel and manage multiple outlets or event sites.
