Job Summary
Operate and maintain Cooinda Lodges diesel power generation and electrical distribution systems.
Lead maintenance schedules HV/LV switching and system optimisation to ensure safe and reliable power for all facilities.
Manage infrastructure projects budgets and contractors in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
Contribute technical leadership to the resorts renewable energy transition (solar PV/BESS integration).
Support operational planning to ensure power resilience through the wet season and peak tourism demand.
Uphold compliance with WHS NT regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications :
Electrical or Power Engineering degree (or equivalent trade with advanced technical experience).
Proven experience in managing diesel generation systems and electrical distribution networks.
HV switching and operations competency (UEPOPS022/036/116/124 or equivalent).
Budget and project management experience for capital works.
A proactive problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
Commitment to teamwork reliability and respect for cultural and environmental values.
