Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing team with various tasks such as market research and lead enrichment.
- Update and maintain weekly and monthly reports.
- Organize and consolidate data from multiple sources in Google Sheets.
- Support the Marketing Operations function with day-to-day activities.
- Help identify and troubleshoot issues in marketing attribution flows.
- Support campaign tracking by preparing reports dashboards and performance insights.
- Assist in distributing content across channels (social media email website partner platforms).
- Repurpose long-form content (webinars videos) into short-form assets such as reels snippets and how-to videos.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/Google docs (pivot tables data cleaning data mapping).
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts like buyer personas lead generation and funnels.
- Familiarity with flowchart/diagramming tools (e.g. Lucidchart Miro or PowerPoint).
- Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Twitter/X YouTube) and their content formats.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. trimming adding captions repurposing clips).
- Attention to detail problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
- Good written communication skills
Good to Have (Optional)
- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot/Salesforce.
- Interest in SaaS marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Curiosity to experiment with new formats such as reels carousels and short-form video content.
- Previous internship or academic projects related to marketing analytics
