What Youll Bring:

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
MinimumB2 English proficiency(spoken and written).
At least5 years of experiencein similar roles preferably in multinational companies.
Strong knowledge ofIFRS and US GAAP with emphasis onRevenue Recognition.
AdvancedExcel skills(pivot tables formulas macros).
Experience with databases and financial consolidation tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications (CPA ACCA IFRS Certificate).
Experience inERP implementation or accounting automation.
Hands-on experience applyingASC 606 and/or IFRS 15.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-orientedAccounting Managerwith solid experience inmultinational environmentsto lead theaccounting consolidation across 10 Latin American countries.

This role reports directly to theChief Accounting Officer (CAO) for LATAMand plays a critical role in ensuring theaccuracy integrity and complianceof financial reporting underIFRS and US GAAP.

Key Focus:

Lead and overseeRevenue Recognition processes ensuring proper application of international standards and alignment with global policiesespecially in complex and multi-element contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate monthly accounting data from 10 LATAM subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
Lead implementation and review of Revenue Recognition policies.
Coordinate with local teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Prepare consolidated financial reports for senior leadership.
Analyze variances and trends; propose process improvements.
Support internal/external audits especially on revenue topics.
Develop and maintain financial models and documentation aligned with global standards.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
