Job Summary
The financial well-being and member experience manager is responsible for assisting the development of program strategy and working across the organization with leaders to guide the implementation of financial well-being plans. This position maintains the Member Experience platform working across division to ensure that feedback is optimized and accounted for within each member touch point. this role will be expected to bring a perspective to Financial Well-Being for both our Members and our Employees. ** This is a hybrid/St. Louis position **
Job Responsibilities

- Assists in developing the objectives strategic framework approach and gameplan for financial well-being platform.
- Researches and benchmarks industry related financial well-being topics including managing relationships with key financial well-being third party relationships.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to identify experience gaps opportunities external factors and build associated plans to address.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams including training and member-facing teams to deliver formal financial counselling programs to members.
- Identifies key metrics for success and reports out on a regular basis; understands key audience and adapts message accordingly.
- Manages the overall Member Experience program including Net Promotor Score (NPS) process.
- Uses data to identify consumer trends member needs and overall Credit Union performance in relation to financial well-being.
- Facilitates member and employee workshops and design activities and delivers journey maps service blueprints and other experience design deliverables.
- Represents the organization both internally and externally for financial well-being efforts.
Required Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
- High School Diploma required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business marketing statistics psychology or related field preferred

- Strong understanding of Net Promoter Score methodology.
- Strong strategy development with ability to translate into meaningful actions.
- Ability to interpret data; ability to utilize data to make decisions.

- Strong focus on finding best solutions for members.
