Ready for a career change Were hiring an enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto Portugal. This full-time on-site role involves providing essential technical support and outstanding customer care for a range of specialized medical products.
If you are fluent in German have a good command of English and are prepared to work in a dynamic international environment with rotational shifts we want to hear from you! No prior experience in this specific field is requiredwell provide all the training you need.
What Youll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients and healthcare professionals your main duties will include:
- Handling Enquiries: Respond to all incoming customer and patient queries via phone email chat and SMS with professionalism and empathy.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide effective technical assistance for medical devices guiding users step-by-step through solving product issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately process customer orders manage product returns and handle necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed up-to-date logs of all customer interactions and issues in our internal database (CRM).
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety data privacy and company procedures when resolving customer requests.
- Shift Work: Commit to working a rotational shift pattern across seven days a week (Monday to Sunday) with two rotating days off. This includes covering the Night Shift (22:00 07:00) occasionally to maintain 24/7 support availability.
Were Looking For
- Language Skills: You must be fluent or native in German (C1 level) and have a good working knowledge of English (B2 level) for internal communication.
- Location: You must be willing to relocate to or currently live in Porto Portugal for this on-site position.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfort and commitment to working all shifts within a 24/7 rotation including occasional night hours.
- Mindset: A strong customer focus excellent communication skills and the ability to listen empathetically and solve complex problems.
Prior experience is a plus but not essential. Full training will be provided.
