The Opportunity

Ready for a career change Were hiring an enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto Portugal. This full-time on-site role involves providing essential technical support and outstanding customer care for a range of specialized medical products.

What Youll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients and healthcare professionals your main duties will include:

• Handling Enquiries: Respond to all incoming customer and patient queries via phone email chat and SMS with professionalism and empathy.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide effective technical assistance for medical devices guiding users step-by-step through solving product issues.
• Administrative Tasks: Accurately process customer orders manage product returns and handle necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed up-to-date logs of all customer interactions and issues in our internal database (CRM).
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety data privacy and company procedures when resolving customer requests.
• Shift Work: Commit to working a rotational shift pattern across seven days a week (Monday to Sunday) with two rotating days off. This includes covering the Night Shift (22:00 07:00) occasionally to maintain 24/7 support availability.

Were Looking For

• Language Skills: You must be fluent or native in German (C1 level) and have a good working knowledge of English (B2 level) for internal communication.
• Location: You must be willing to relocate to or currently live in Porto Portugal for this on-site position.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfort and commitment to working all shifts within a 24/7 rotation including occasional night hours.
• Mindset: A strong customer focus excellent communication skills and the ability to listen empathetically and solve complex problems.

Prior experience is a plus but not essential. Full training will be provided.
