Role Overview

The position is focused on supporting Application Production activitieswithin Wealth Management domains in candidate will take a central role in handling production incidents BAUservice requests and infrastructure maintenance in a high-pressure environmentoperating continuously in is a mission for professionals comfortable with real-time support interruptions on-callduties overtime and schedule management aligned with bankingstandards and ITIL best practices.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Review develop and maintain application support knowledge articlesensuring they follow enterprise and bank production norms;

Guarantee that all production deliverablesare aligned with standards of quality security and performance;

Provide strong support to batch processing and Autosys schedulingacting promptly on production incidents;

Analyze system and application logs to identifyinfrastructure gaps and propose pragmatic solutions;

Perform servicemonitoring alerting and reporting striving continuously foravailability and service quality;

Assist middleware teams in technical choices without direct administrationaccelerating remediation plans;

Create and monitor alternative workarounds tominimize downtime;

Contribute to agile rituals steeringcommittees and Go/No Go processes.

Technical Skills

Level 3 support for Windows and Linux environments;

Automation scripting using UNIX Shell PowerShell Pythonfor process restarts and server recovery;

PL/SQLand SQL scripting for tuning and CRUD operations;

Strong understanding of ITIL and ITIL practices;

Familiarity with Autosys/Autosys Workflows(create/modify jobs);

Experience with middleware such as WAS/Tomcat;

Industrialization of monitoring frameworks andinfrastructure checks;

Complementary knowledge in Axway CFT SFTP MQ Ansible DockerJenkins Bitbucket ELK/ELK Stack ELK monitoring Ansible automation Cloudmigration is appreciated;

Basic understanding of networking and storage isa plus;

Exposure to Oracle 12c/19c MS SQL PostgreSQLis valued;

Understanding CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitIntellij SonarQube GitLab CI).

Mandatory Experience

3 years working in IT infrastructure and applicationproduction support;

3 years hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server administration;

Strong track record in batch process and scheduling tooling;

Knowledge of ITIL practices CI/CD fundamentals andproduction processes.

Language Skills

English Expert / Professional (C1 minimum) mandatory for interviewand daily international collaboration.
