About the role:
The Assistant Commissioner sets the strategic direction and leads the planning and delivery for FRNSW Metropolitan Operations. The role is accountable for the day-to-day service delivery of Metropolitan Operations including the delivery of prevention fire suppression hazmat rescue and emergency services to industry and the community.
About you:
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Operational experience and expertise within an emergency services environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues challenges and approaches to emergency service
- Exceptional leadership capability and presence
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated financial acumen
