ThePosition

Washing and cleaning dishes
Food Preparation
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
Adhere to our high standards of food safety
Monitor stock and minimise wastage

ThePerson

Experience with customer service and basic food handling experience is desired
Some experience with Functions is advantageous
Should be able to work unsupervised Available on weekends especially Sunday would be an advantage
Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
Have strong organisational skills
Excels in high-pressure environments
Thrives in collaborative small-team settings
Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
Friendly customer-oriented attitude
Being flexible to handle diverse tasks from Retail Functions food prep to cleaning & packing Boarding Excursions based on the needs at that time.
