Job Summary
- Sound knowledge of markets and various financial products with ability to present Product briefing to National Distributors.
- Handle sales through National Distributors through regular engagement with the concerned stakeholders in the location
- Increasing market share and broad basing the business in the assigned markets by identifying building and maintaining relationships with the respective RM/BM of the NDs in the location handledMaintain discipline of daily call routines and tracking of the business meetings
- Adherence to AMC norms values integrity passion for client service
- Regular engagement Creating TOP brand recall of AMC & Schemes
- Regularly keep updated on various functional initiatives
- High customer orientation with good communication & influencing skill to interact with RMs / Cluster Heads of NDs
- Strengthen the key relationships for getting the desired market share.
- High level of branch interaction through morning huddle Regular knowledge sharing through emails & personal meetings
