About the Role

Were looking for a Program Manager to lead IT Stability & Resilience initiativesensuring continuous improvement in service availability incident reductionautomation and operational role connects technology processand governance driving cross-functional programs thatstrengthen the reliability and scalability of IT production environmentssupporting key business areas.

Main Responsibilities

Leadership& Governance

Define and manage the global IT Stabilityroadmap aligned with corporate strategy and Production Excellence goals.

Establish a governance model to trackprioritize and report initiatives across multiple domains.

Lead steering committees ensuring stakeholderalignment timely decisions and transparent reporting to senior management.

Stability& Resilience Initiatives

Drive initiatives for incident reductionperformance optimization capacity and monitoring improvement.

Implement stability frameworks such as SRE ITIL4 FinOps and Service QualityIndex.

Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams toenhance observability monitoring and automation using tools like Dynatrace Ansible ServiceNow Elasticand others.

OperationalExcellence & KPIs

Define and track key stability indicators (MTTRMTTD SLA compliance recurring incident reduction etc.).

Develop data-driven dashboards and reports forongoing visibility and trend analysis.

Coordinate post-incident reviews and ensurefollow-up on systemic remediation actions.

Stakeholder& Communication Management

Act as the main point of contact for allStability Program activities across IT Production and Business Lines.

Report progress risks and outcomes toleadership showcasing business impact and ROI.

Promote a culture of accountabilitycollaboration and continuous improvement across teams.

RiskCompliance & Audit

Ensure all stability initiatives comply with ITrisk security and regulatory standards (SOX PCI-DSS GDPR etc.).

Lead proactive risk assessments and reviews ofstability controls.

TeamEnablement & Change Management

Support managers and engineers in adopting bestpractices through training workshops and knowledge sharing.

Lead change management efforts to ensureadoption of new tools processes and behaviors.

Encourage innovation and cross-teamcollaboration to enhance stability methods.

Technical Requirements

Masters degree in Information Technology Engineeringor related field.

8years of experience in IT Production / Application Supportincluding 3 years in program orproject management.

Preferred certifications: ITIL v4 PMP/PRINCE2 SRE FoundationFinOps Practitioner.

Strong understanding of IT Production / Application Supportenvironments.

Knowledge of ITIL4 SRE DevOps and FinOps frameworks.

Hands-on experience with monitoring observability and automationtools (Dynatrace ServiceNow Ansible Grafana ELK).

Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures(AWS Azure Kubernetes RHEL).

Soft Skills

Proven ability to manage cross-functionalprograms and global teams.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking withdata-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication influence andexecutive reporting skills.

Proactive collaborative and results-orientedmindset.
