We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated customer-focused individual to join NCUK as Application Support Officer.
This role is responsible for administration and daily conversion activities through various channels that support students decision-making journey to university placement with the aim of continuing to increase placement rates to NCUK universities in alignment with NCUKs strategy through supporting students in finding the most suitable course for their academic profile and student experience needs. The role will support admissions administration and the processing of applications to overseas universities ensuring quick turnaround times and data accuracy.
The post holder will also be part of planned conversion campaign activities (as appropriate) and ad-hoc interactions working closely with regional University Recruitment and Conversion colleagues to ensure seamless service for students and other stakeholders.

will you do
This role will be responsible for supporting the administration and processing of university applications throughout all stages of the student journey to university ensuring seamless service delivery for students study centre counsellors and other stakeholders.
For this role you will need to validate documentation relating to all stages of the university application process and subsequently meet application upload/submission SLAs.
You will also be responsible for monitoring the student journey pipeline including offering turnaround times submission of additional documentation pre-departure preparations deposit and visa stages to ensure that key performance indicators are being met and your overall target will be met.
You will be expected to proofread and format documents relating to all stages of the university application process.
What do you need
To thrive in this role the ideal candidate will have: demonstrable experience in managing records and data demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced commercial customer-facing environment and experience of working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
