Plant Support Lead-EBS Magnet Valvegroup ProductionRBCW

Job Summary

• EBS MV project leader leading project with RB internal team and magnet valve/group production to achieve project targets (Quality/Cost/Delivery) and execute project ramp up plan.
• Support and supervise magnet valve/group series production planning and operation according to Bosch quality system and production system (including sub-supplier development) ensure RB requirements (Q/C/D) fulfilled.
• Simultaneous Engineering (SE): coordinate SE work with RB internal team to fulfill customer and internal requirements e.g. new release technical improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key function steering

• Interface to EBS-ENG for R&D related functions.
• Q steering.
• Operation steering.
• Delivery steering.

      Project Management

• Support and supervise magnet valve/group production development and release (MAE/Process/Product) to fulfill SOP and production ramp up target.
• Perform preventive quality planning and management according to Bosch standard.
• Support and supervise magnet valve/group production follow and execute manufacturing standards according to quality and production procedures e.g. FMEA 4M including shopfloor management..
• Support and supervise change management (ECR/Concession) according to Bosch standard.
• Supervise sub-supplier development and release.
• Monitor and follow up project status support project regular review and management.

 Daily Operation

• Ensure EBS MV production to follow quality standards.
• Support audit planning and execution (system process and product) in supplier side according to Bosch procedure. 
• Support magnet valve/group production to implement systematical problem solving (e.g. PS 8D).
• Ensure customer demand fulfillment (capacity management and Part number release).
• Support magnet valve/group production continuously improve production system (refer to BPS) ensure production maturity to fulfill RB product requirement.

 SE (Simultaneous Engineering)

• Participate and coordinate EBS MV SE work (new platform customer project improvement after SOP).

 RPP (Ratio Project Planning)

• Lead and coordinate EBS MV RPP (Design/Process RPP) with RB internal partner (ENG/QMM/CTG) and magnet valve/group production to ensure EBS MV product competitiveness.

Other tasks from superiors

Qualifications :

• Experienced RB internal candidate from manufacturing quality and purchasing area.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English.

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

       Technical experience

• >5years working experience at Bosch plants.
• Machining assembly/testing experience preferred.
• Production supervisor experience preferred.
• Winding welding laser cutting molding heat treatment knowledge or experience as plus.
• Magnet valve product and process knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with VDA6.3 certificate of VDA6.3 process auditor is a plus

       Project management experience

• Project management experience preferred industrialization and relocation project management experience as plus.
• Project experience of supplier development or supplier quality management preferred.

       Soft skill

• Communication skills: effective communication with RB partner and suppliers
• Be able to communicate across different levels of organization and with external stakeholders.
• MS Office skill in Power BI Excel Word & Power Point
