Job Summary

The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong leadership operational and customer service skills to ensure efficient repair processes effective inventory control and superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage repair intake job card documentation and technician assignments.
  • Monitor daily operations reports and KPIs.
  • Handle customer communication updates and after-service feedback.
  • Oversee spare parts ordering stock levels and petty cash management.
  • Lead mentor and evaluate the performance of service staff.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6 years) in service centre or technical operations management.
  • Strong leadership customer service and communication skills.
