Job Summary

Oversee and manage all inventory across the factory warehouse and trading units.
Ensure accurate stock records in Odoo including GRN stock movements and adjustments.
Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile variances.
Implement inventory control procedures to prevent theft loss and stock manipulation.
Monitor reorder levels slow-moving stock and inventory accuracy KPIs.
Coordinate closely with Procurement Sales and Production to ensure correct forecasting.
Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound stock.
Train and supervise storekeepers warehouse clerks and loading teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports for management.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

Minimum 35 years experience in inventory or warehouse management.
Strong understanding of inventory systems; Odoo experience is a strong advantage.
High integrity accuracy and ability to detect discrepancies.
Experience managing stock in manufacturing or FMCG/trading environment.
Ability to lead warehouse teams and collaborate with multiple departments.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
