As part of our continued expansion we are seeking a highly skilled EOS & Leadership Implementer to guide our leadership team and help strengthen our organizational structure through the proven Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.
Position Summary
The EOS & Leadership Implementer will play a key role in driving organizational alignment leadership development and operational consistency. This individual will serve as a facilitator coach and strategic advisor to ZellaTechs leadership team ensuring clarity of vision accountability and sustainable execution across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational strategy leadership facilitation and operational excellence with demonstrated experience implementing the EOS model or similar frameworks in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate EOS implementation sessions including Vision/Traction Organizers Level 10 Meetings Focus Days Quarterlies and Annual Planning.
Guide leadership teams in developing and executing clear business goals operational priorities and accountability structures.
Coach executives and department heads to strengthen collaboration communication and leadership effectiveness.
Ensure the consistent use and integration of EOS tools such as the Accountability Chart Rocks Scorecard and Meeting Pulse throughout the organization.
Identify and resolve organizational barriers or process gaps that impact efficiency or team alignment.
Support the Visionary and Integrator relationship to drive clarity decision-making and cross-functional synergy.
Develop strategies to improve team performance engagement and cultural alignment.
Measure report and present progress against EOS milestones leadership development goals and key performance metrics.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management fostering a culture of transparency trust and accountability.
Requirements
Qualifications
5 years of experience in leadership development business coaching operations management or organizational strategy.
Proven track record of successfully implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or comparable business operating frameworks.
Strong facilitation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead high-level discussions and manage group dynamics.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on process improvement and measurable outcomes.
Ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels of the organization with professionalism and confidence.
EOS Implementer certification or formal EOS training preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field (Masters preferred).

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Level 2 Technician in an MSP environment. Strong knowledge of networking servers data centers enterprise environments and VOIP systems. Experience with scripting for RMM automation. Proficiency in ConnectWise PSA and ConnectWise Automate/Labtech. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written. Demonstrated experience in dealing directly with end-users. Capable of creating and implementing effective SOPs and managing comprehensive documentation. Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CCNA MCSE VCP). Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience.
