The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you champion the talent development of our people focusing on enhancing their emotional intelligence maturity. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You advocate our Firms Core Principles standardize the learner experience and engage employees in the learning process maintaining consistency with our Purpose and Principles.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proficient in Power BI and Alteryx
