- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening and closing
- Utilize digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search job boards and ATS
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth through strategic talent acquisition
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in IT Digital ITES or BPS verticals
- Proven track record of successful recruitment with hands-on experience in sourcing and closing
- Expertise in digital sourcing tools and technologies
- Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
