Job Description: Senior Manager – Talent & Resource Management

Department: EMEA and APJ - Enterprise Workforce Planning
Reports to: Director – Operational Excellence
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning resource management and executive hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable recruitment frameworks optimizing workforce allocation and aligning talent strategies with business growth. This role requires strong HR analytics capabilities cross-functional leadership and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end resource management strategy aligning workforce planning with global business priorities.
- Build and manage demand forecasting and intake governance models to improve fulfillment visibility and reduce staffing delays.
- Direct and mentor a high-performance team fostering a customer-centric and results-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with Sales Delivery HR Finance and Resource Management Groups to optimize costs improve hiring efficiency and enhance delivery governance.
- Deliver executive dashboards and pipeline health metrics to support proactive leadership decision-making.
- Oversee account-level resource governance and risk mitigation planning for critical business initiatives.
- Manage staffing for R&D Clinical Sales & Marketing Product Platforms and other specialized domains.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Supply Chain and COO teams to ensure timely hiring for niche skillsets.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly demand dashboards for executive leadership reviews.
- Spearhead organizational initiatives and corporate resourcing programs to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications
