Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Office Support Specialist performs a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently. The position supports multiple departments by managing documents data entry and office logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks including filing scanning and data organization.

  • Provide clerical support to management and project teams.

  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.

  • Coordinate office communications and distribute correspondence.

  • Support administrative projects and assist with workflow improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
