Are you ready to lead corporate sales growth in one of the worlds most dynamic markets Join Thomson Reuters as the Greater China Corporates Sales Lead and drive our expansion strategy in a region critical to our Asia and Emerging Markets growth aspirations.

The opportunity is significant and the ideal candidate will bring with them an excellent track record in providing strategic direction for sales and business development teams within the GCR region. You will have demonstrated success in developing sales strategies for corporates markets targeting both new and existing customers. Your strong capabilities with executive engagement and business leadership have been utilized to develop end-to-end processes involving Portfolio Marketing Sales and Professional Services which has ensured success against sales revenue operational and strategic addition you can build a strong motivated sales team aimed at achieving aggressive sales targets with experience developing Partner and Channel routes to market.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Greater China Corporates Sales Lead you will:

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategiesto increase market share and drive short and long-term business growth across corporate segments in Greater China
  • Lead account management and sales teamsto maintain strong client relationships acquire new business and achieve annual sales targets for new and renewal businesses
  • Provide strategic and operational leadershipto field sales and account management teams proactively identifying and solving complex problems that impact regional business direction
  • Drive lead generation and growth strategiesto maximize current and future adoption of products and solutions across the corporate customer base
  • Manage highly complex specialized projectswith product and customer success teams that have significant impact on the regions business performance
  • Build and develop a high-performing teamof managers and salespeople with superior client relationship and selling skills
  • Develop Partner and Channel routes to marketto support rapid expansion and achieve aggressive sales objectives

About You

Youre a fit for the role of Greater China Corporates Sales Lead if you have the following required qualifications:

  • 15 years of relevant experiencewith large corporate software solution companies in China with a degree or masters degree
  • Senior management experienceworking closely with C-suite executives and demonstrating strong executive engagement capabilities
  • Proven track recordin achieving aggressive sales targets directly and through sales managers and their teams
  • Broad leadership experienceacross sales and operations with demonstrated business and managerial knowledge of multiple business areas
  • Strategic thinking and critical problem-solving abilities comfortable with complexity and delivering innovative solutions to complex issues
  • Strong people leadership skillswith experience leading large teams or highly skilled technical resources
  • Excellent communication skillsin both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) with superior relationship-building capabilities
