1主动获取更新改造业务信息通过安排拜访潜在客户并介绍KONE公司及其改造产品以达到和提高获取订单目标及市场占有率
2处理并提供获得订单之前的一切服务包括现场勘验技术方案制作交通流量分析提供布置草图递交投标文件
3与客户保持密切联系以跟进及汇报已递交标书的状态
4定时向销售经理准确地提供标书信息及反馈意见为进一步行动之决定提出建议
5依据公司政策全面跟进与客户之间所进行的销售合同协商
6安排完成销售合同的签署及项目的收款
岗位要求
1理工科相关专业毕业本科及以上学历
2基本的英语阅读能力熟练的计算机操作水平
3良好的沟通技巧及谈判能力
4很强的客户服务意识及自我驱动力
5有电梯行业经验者优先熟悉当地电梯市场具有一定的电梯销售现场管理经验
