Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Generate timely and precise AR and AP statistical reports and analyses for management
Assist with the month-end closing processes
Oversee the collection efforts of regional offices to ensure that global AR key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of systems related to AR and AP modules
Manage and analyze extensive data sets using advanced Excel functions and tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Mentor regional teams providing guidance and collaborating closely with financial centers in China

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related
Holder of HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA or equivalent professional qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
Experience with SAP isan advantage
Advanced skills in Excel automation including macros and VBA to enhance data processing efficiency are an advantage
Mature self-driven and able to work under tight deadlines
Strong communication organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential
