Job Summary
The GM - IT will be the strategic leader of Veolia Indias digital transformation journey leveraging data as an asset drive technology innovation ensure cybersecurity compliance and manage IS&T operations and services to support the business across all entities in India. This role is strategic in nature with direct accountability for defining and implementing the digital strategy enhancing value from AI and data analytics fostering a data culture building internal technology capacity and ensuring robust cybersecurity and data privacy practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. A postgraduate degree in Information Technology is a plus.

Experience & Skills:
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Information Systems & Technology digital strategy data management and analytics..
Proven experience in defining digital strategy leading digital transformation cybersecurity and IT operations in large-scale multi-site organizations.
Experience in data governance architecture and analytics.
Strong background in application development team management and agile delivery methodologies.
Experience in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) cybersecurity tools ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and modern tech stacks.
