Job Summary
Your mission
We are looking for a Legal Counsel (f/m/x) to join Aonics group legal team supporting the continued international growth of our user acquisition and research technology platforms. You will act as a strategic partner to multiple parts of the business with a broad focus across commercial product technology marketing and consumer matters.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape your role based on your strengths and interests. You will work closely with teams across Aonics technology companies and collaborate directly with the Group General Counsel on group-wide initiatives and the ongoing development and scaling of the legal function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal support across product business development marketing operations and commercial partnerships.
- Build scalable legal processes templates and playbooks to support Aonics global expansion.
- Advise on intellectual property matters including licensing ownership and protection of technology data and content assets.
- Partner with the Group General Counsel and other lawyers on corporate matters transactions compliance and legal strategy.
- Contribute to the development of the legal function including through the use of AI-based legal tools and process automation.
- Coordinate and manage external legal advisors.
Your profile
- LL.M. (or equivalent) and qualified to practice law in Sweden or another EU jurisdiction.
- At least 3-4 years of solid experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house role - experience in technology SaaS or data-driven businesses is considered an advantage.
- Strong legal judgment and ability to balance risk with commercial goals in a fast-paced international setting.
- Pragmatic structured and motivated by building scalable systems that support rapid growth.
- Interest in leveraging AI and legal technology to improve legal processes.
- Fluent in English; Swedish or German is a plus.
