Responsibilities

• Sales enablement: Lead contract reviews redlines negotiations and all customer and supplier legal workflows.

• Contracting infrastructure: Streamline templates and approval processes. Make contracting efficient consistent and built for growth.

• Day-to-day legal operations: Serve as the companys primary legal point of contact.

• Practical advisor: Turn complex legal matters into clear actionable guidance for teams across product sales and leadership.

• External counsel coordination: Partner with outside firms strategically while keeping key decisions and insights in-house.

• Scalability groundwork: Put the legal systems in place now templates governance and compliance best practices that will make future audits and fundraising smooth and straightforward.

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years legal experience. Big plus if you have experience as in-house legal counsel at a high-growth tech company.

• Strong commercial contracting and enterprise negotiation skills you know how to get complex deals over the finish line without giving up leverage.

• Solid grounding in privacy IP and corporate law.

• You must be based in Sweden with a valid work permit.
