Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network software and printing-related issues.
Work closely with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure system stability and performance.
Utilize SQL and Excel for reporting data validation and issue diagnosis.
Develop and execute basic Python scripts to automate or support production processes.
Configure and troubleshoot Zebra printers using ZPL language (a plus).
Monitor and support systems in a Windows OS and Microsoft enterprise environment.
Collaborate with production IT and automation teams to resolve issues related to PLC and Ignition systems.
Maintain composure under high-pressure conditions and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

SQL Queries
Windows OS
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Ignition and Splunk queries
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Zebra printers using ZPL language

Knowledge of Python scripting and automation tools
