Key Objectives
- Deliver prompt and accurate assistance to customers via live chat platforms.
- Resolve inquiries related to Southland Organics products services and environmental initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone while representing the companys values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns and service trends.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions concerns and requests through live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide detailed information about our organic waste recycling programs and environmental services.
- Document chat interactions accurately and update customer records as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that align with customer needs.
- Work closely with field and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Assist in developing chat support scripts and FAQs to enhance service consistency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide knowledgeable support

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support preferably in chat or digital communication channels.
- Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of environmental services or sustainability concepts is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with chat support software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
