As a purpose-driven Australian-owned pet insurance company were growing fast and looking for Pet Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role is based in our Newcastle office with on-site parking provided.

About the role

As a Pet Sales Consultant youll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of a new and exciting brand supporting pet owners with care empathy and confidence. Youll manage both inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers focusing on:

  • Retention & win-back: engaging existing policyholders addressing concerns and helping them see the value of staying protected.
  • Sales: identifying customer needs tailoring coverage options and confidently closing sales to achieve team and individual targets.
  • Service excellence: providing transparent accurate and empathetic guidance to ensure every interaction leaves customers feeling supported.

This is a collaborative role where your ideas and feedback will help shape continuous improvements while your dedication to service and compliance ensures we meet the highest standards.

About you

  • Previous experience in sales customer service or a call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills confident clear and empathetic.
  • A customer-first mindset with genuine passion for pets.
  • The ability to multitask with systems while holding meaningful conversations.
  • Confidence to ask questions uncover needs and recommend solutions.

  • A persuasive problem-solver whos resilient under pressure.
