Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelors Degree in Business Commerce Marketing Economics or a related field The skills we need: - Computer Literacy

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

Key responsibilities: - Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries.
- Assist sellers with understanding platform tools processes and best practices.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Help improve product listings catalogue quality and stock availability.
- Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes.
- Assist in preparing seller performance reports trackers and dashboards.
- Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams.
- Participate in seller training sessions webinars and enablement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and actions taken.
This is a 12-month contract position.
